Five-Step Remodel Design Process
Curious what your home remodeling journey will look like? Our five-step design process is a simple breakdown of how your dream home goes from idea to reality. Let’s take a look at each step:
Step 1: Initial Consultation
At our first meeting, you’ll tell us about your home, and we’ll let you know what you can expect. We’ll go over your wants, needs, challenges, and discuss your budget. If we’re a good fit, we’ll move on to…
Step 2: Design Agreement
This is when you’ll meet with one of our talented architects and/or designers to plan your remodeled home’s layout, fixtures, and finishes. You’ll leave this step with a clear vision of your new space and a better understanding of the project’s timing and cost.
Step 3: Construction Contract
At this point, your assigned project manager will go over all the details, draft a construction schedule so you’ll know how long your project will take, and file any necessary permits. Your construction plan will be thorough, organized, and clear.
Step 4: Construction
The most exciting part! We’ll keep communication open every step of the way as we move through the construction process. You’ll be notified right away of any changes that need to be made and receive progress updates throughout.
Step 5. Project Completion
Once construction is done, we’ll make sure each part of your project has met your expectations. If you find something that’s not quite right, we’ll fix it.
